What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop & optimize AI models for learning, operational efficiency, and automation.
Fine-tune & deploy LLMs (GPT, BERT, open-source models) for real-world use cases.
Build AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and analytics tools.
Improve AI-driven decision-making for better operational & organizational insights.
Deploy models on AWS/GCP/Azure ensuring scalability & efficiency.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to solve critical challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Programming Skills – Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain).
Hands-on ML/DL Experience – You’ve built, fine-tuned & deployed models in production.
LLM & NLP Expertise – GPT, BERT, vector databases, prompt engineering.
Interest in AI Beyond Learning – Exploring AI in operations, automation, analytics.
MLOps & Deployment – Experience with model fine-tuning, serving, and monitoring.
A Problem-Solver Mindset – You love iterating fast, taking ownership, and solving real challenges.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have, but Not Required):

Experience with AI-driven analytics, automation, or intelligent search systems.
Understanding of Graph AI, Knowledge Graphs, or AI-powered search systems.
