Responsibilities
ASRC Federal is looking for Sr Data Analyst - FECA Claims Processing to support the DOL program. This is a full-time remote position. Using the in-depth knowledge and understanding of the data, the Sr. Data Analyst will support in the following areas:
Create and maintain complex queries supporting Business Objects Reporting, Adhoc report requests from the customer, ECOMP Data feeds, database views, database MQT’s, database triggers, etc.
Assist production operations staff and developers in identifying and fixing underlying data issues, support weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting requirements as requested, support audit data call activities as requested.
Assist with reference table updates when changes are requested by the customer, etc.
Coordinate the implementation of all IT system operations and maintenance and enhancements in support of OCIO and the OWCP/FECA Applications as needed.
Produce data-based reports, ad-hoc statistical reports, and data extracts as required using current experience and in-depth understanding of the FECA Claims Processing life cycle and underlying data structures. Assist with release testing as required.
Education And Experience
10+ years database analysis experience or FECA Claims Examiner experience and Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Must have experience with FECA Claims Processing
SQL experience preferred
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with ability to successfully complete a government issued background investigation.
