Senior BI Developer

Our main games from the BoomBit Group include Hunt Royale, Dancing Line and Ramp Car Jumping. We’re a game developer and a publisher. With over 250 employees, we cover games of nearly any genre in the free-to-play (F2P) model on iOS and Android, and also on the Nintendo Switch.

We have experts across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetisation, user acquisition (UA), creative, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, art and game development spread across and are continually looking to strengthen our team.

Location: Hybrid/Remote work

Responsibilities:

• Completing tasks based on the backlog set with the supervisor
• Designing table schemas in databases
• Designing and implementing ETL processes
• Processing large data files
• Creating dashboards based on the existing BI system and databases
• Designing and implementing APIs for internal and external use
• Generating reports to answer queries from other departments
• Ensuring the technical development of projects
• Testing built processes
• Collaborating with other teams
• Maintaining code quality and documenting
• Monitoring created solutions and detecting anomalies in data

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of commercial experience in a similar position or a completed degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL to create optimal queries
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or a similar tool
• Knowledge and experience with version control systems (Git)
• Ability to handle data files larger than 1GB
• Experience with BI systems such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, QuickSight, or similar
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of Python libraries for data analysis and machine learning, such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn
• Independence and creativity in problem-solving
• Communication skills, identifying blockers that prevent task completion
• Willingness to develop, openness to learn
• Supplying feedback
• Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
• Presenting data clearly (visualization)
• Ability to assess the optimality of proposed and created solutions
• Willingness to share knowledge with team members and other employees
