Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and a strategic territory management in the Hemato-oncology area by engaging with health care providers (HCPs) in dedicated Hemato-oncology practices and key hospital accounts, while adhering to Lilly compliance guidelines. The territory will be North and Center.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective account-based selling strategies, focusing on the North and Center regions.
Identify and establish new opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop a detailed territory action plan by making strategic decisions.
Deliver consistent results
Provide scientific support and resources to healthcare professionals
Interact with the hospital pharmacy and ensure the access of the medical products
Act in accordance with internal compliance guidelines and external local procedures.

Demonstrates high learning agility to understand clinical information / disease state, our product, and the therapeutic area.

Utilizes our selling model prior to and during conversations with customers to help them identify appropriate patients. Actively listens and adapts to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts throughout the call.
Sales
Utilizes all business analytic resources available to meet the needs of customers and achieve sales goals while acting in a manner consistent with all policies.
Effectively implement brand strategies and initiatives and enhance customer engagement through an omnichannel approach to meet customer needs and drive business results.
Collaborate effectively with others both field facing and internal peers to create a coordinated and positive customer experience.
Required Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Qualified candidates must live in Portugal and locally authorized to be employed
Skills/required:
Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after completion of an undergraduate college degree.
Strong account based selling experience. Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts.
History of working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong learning agility, self-motivated, team focused and emotionally intelligent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills/preferences:
Knowledge of Hemato-oncology area is preferred.
Launch product experience preferred
Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results.
Strong background in navigating within health system.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Sense of urgency, enthusiasm, drive and a desire “to make a difference”
Possesses strong cross-functional abilities, collaborates effectively within the team, and fosters a positive and inclusive environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity while making the product experience simple
