Job Summary:
The S4o9 Training Manager will be responsible for leading all training-related activities for the regional deployment of the s4o9 program. This role ensures that key users and end users are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully adopt the new system. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and delivering large-scale training programs and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a region-wide training strategy aligned with the S4o9 program objectives.
Oversee the creation and delivery of training curricula for key users and end users.
Implement a ‘train the trainer’ approach to enable self-sustaining knowledge transfer within the region.
Ensure training materials are localized and fit for purpose, considering language, business nuances, and user needs.
Partner with business units to design and execute a training schedule that covers all impacted individuals.
Monitor training effectiveness and readiness, reporting on attendance and outcomes.
Collaborate with MDS and SMEs to ensure an effective training environment with usable data.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in leading training programs, preferably in a regional or enterprise-wide implementation.
Proven ability to design and deliver training for large-scale system deployments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
Experience in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (e.g., Workday, Articulate, Captivate).
Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments with internal and external stakeholders.
System implementation experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field. Change management certification is a plus.
