As a Licensed Investments Service Consultant within PNC's Investments organization, you will be remote within PNC footprint.

The Investment Services Consultant (ISC) role within PNC Investments acts as a phone-based sales and service financial advisor within our fast-paced Investment Center. You will be aligned with branch partners from your assigned offices who refer clients seeking advice and guidance. You will engage with clients from the PNC Investment Center book of business to understand their goals and objectives, and recommend investment solutions tailored to their individual situation and needs.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description
  • Actively and regularly coaches and educates internal eco partners to drive investment visibility, identify investment opportunities, and lead team on actions to achieve investment results. Has regular and effective communication with internal and external partners to build strong relationships that drive referral activity. Make referrals to internal business partners as appropriate.
  • Promotes PNC's products and services to existing and prospective clients held either collectively in a book of business or through referred opportunities, demonstrating how PNC can help them achieve their financial goals. Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers. Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies and provide sound guidance for clients by recommending the best products to support such strategies. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and efficiently. Owns and manages the end-to-end client experience, efficiently handling service transactions and identifying and executing sales opportunities. Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Meets service level agreements on lead and referral follow up as it relates to service and sales opportunities.
  • Adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines while maintaining accurate, complete and timely documentation for transactional activity completed on client accounts.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $37,000.00 – $83,590.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
