Job Description

This is a Part-time 20hrs/week for a 5 Months Contract role.

Objective 

 

This proposal outlines the services needed to support Corporate Communications, Policy and Impact programs and initiatives, and general team operations support. 

 

 

Scope of Work Corporate Communications Project Manager 

Description: Support the planning and execution of corporate communications, including internal/external/social media/policy & impact to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across Chegg’s employee base. This includes: 

  • Editorial Calendar Management: Maintain and update Internal & External editorial calendars. 

  • Design Support: Design assets for announcements for internal and external channels, including Slack, Digital Signage, OrangeNet, and designated social media (LinkedIn / Twitter) channels. Contribute to idea generation for various campaigns. 

  • Internal + External Editorial Support: Draft communications for internal and social channels, as needed. 

  • Staffbase Support: Format and distribute internal emails using Staffbase. 

  • Media Clips: Review and distribute weekly media clips to internal audiences. 

  • OrangeNet Content Updates: Weekly homepage & People Manager Hub updates. 

  • Policy and Impact work Support: Provide project management support for Student Mental Health Week, Mental Health Awareness Month, Global Student Prize, Charitable Giving Committee, etc.  

  • Weekly meetings with staff 

  • Team Support: Help with vendor management (POs, Legal contracts, etc), sending weekly integrated team meeting agendas / follow-up's, etc. 

  • Documentation of tasks completed
