The Principal Designer will be responsible for designing and developing, high-quality AI-driven solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative AI solutions.

Essential Functions

• Develop and refine user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to validate AI-driven
• Translate complex AI-driven functionalities into intuitive, user-friendly designs
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand AI models and translate them into meaningful user interactions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating new tools and frameworks to enhance the design process and improve efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among team members.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in design, with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
