Job description

Working As a UX/UI Designer, You Will

Conduct research on design and technology trends relevant to our product domain.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to guide design decisions.
Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and refined designs using Figma.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and front-end developers to align designs with customer needs and product goals.
Perform usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
Iterate on designs based on input from internal stakeholders and customers.
Identify and resolve UX issues, including responsiveness and usability challenges.
Oversee all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Ensure consistency in visual elements across all company platforms, maintaining a coherent brand identity.
Collaborate with front-end developers to improve and maintain the Design System.
Apply style guides, design standards, and industry best practices to create cohesive interface designs.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
Maintain documentation on design processes, decisions, and specifications for future reference and audits.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Engage in continual professional development through courses, workshops, or conferences in UX/UI design and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects (applications without a portfolio will be rejected).
Full proficiency in English.
Advanced knowledge of Figma.
Experience with wireframing and rapid prototyping.
Experience in setting up and maintaining design systems.
Experience in conducting usability testing.
At least basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Understanding of responsive design principles.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
