As the German market is a cornerstone of our growth strategy in Western Europe, we are strengthening our German team with a Sales Expert. You will be working in one of our German offices (Hybrid, of course) where everything is designed to make your workday fulfilling: coffee chats, office dogs, and evening aperitifs with colleagues.

Role Objectives for Sales Expert

During your initial months, we expect you to familiarize yourself with Solita’s offerings, enabling you to pitch effectively and succeed in sales (in your own way). Simultaneously, you’ll build networks with Solita’s sales and tech professionals across Europe and the Nordics to connect with the right people and gather essential materials. You’ll work closely with our senior consultants, the Managing Director Florian Disson (Berlin) and our Senior Sales expert Martin Zanker (Munich).

As a Sales Expert, You Will

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Work systematically to maintain frequent client contacts, ensuring follow-up and growing engagement.
  • Translate complex solutions into simple, high-level narratives.
  • Be proactive and willing to engage in activities that help win potential customers (cold calls, emails, InMails, events, digital marketing, content marketing, and case references).
  • Exhibit endless curiosity and adaptability as our company evolves.
  • Communicate fluently in German and English (other European languages are a plus).
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Service Sales (preferably in IT consultancy or modern data solutions).
