About the role:


As Director of Demand Generation, you'll lead our Sales-Led-Growth (SLG) marketing initiatives, overseeing a team focused on Demand Generation, Events, Lifecycle Marketing, and Partner Marketing. This strategic role requires close collaboration with our global sales team, particularly in the US market, to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation across our SMB and Mid-Market segments. You'll report directly to the head of Marketing and play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality B2B pipeline for the sales team and hit ambitious revenue targets.


What you'll do:


Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs, including: email, webinars, paid advertising, events, sales and BDR outbound campaigns, social media, pay-per-lead, and nurturing programs
  • Lead and develop high-performing marketing teams across functions
  • Work closely with product marketing, content, partners and sales functions to tailor and optimize compelling messaging, positioning or content as needed to support demand gen programs or campaigns
  • Manage the demand generation budget and performance reporting across a global portfolio of activities
  • Drive execution of strategies and programs through Marketing and cross-functional collaborators, ensuring metrics-based accountability to the demand plan


Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing strategy with territory goals
  • Collaborate with product teams on messaging and positioning
  • Work with regional teams to support global marketing initiatives
  • Manage relationships with key industry partners


Analytics & Program Management:

  • Track and optimize marketing performance metrics
  • Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance
  • Lead reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives


Who you are:


  • 5+ years of B2B technology event management experience with demonstrated success scaling 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years managing global teams
  • Proven success in SaaS industry, specifically in SMB and Mid-Market segments
  • Strong proficiency with marketing technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau)
  • Deep understanding of current SaaS marketing trends and best practices
  • Experience in optimizing marketing spend and improving campaign performance
  • Track record of successful partnership with sales teams
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing strategies
  • Scrappy hands-on “Player/Coach” mentality
  • Ability to frequently travel nationally and internationally, including occasional weekend and holidays

  • Experience in CCaaS or related SaaS markets
  • Experience marketing to SMB and mid-market segments
