Location: Brazil (100% remote or hybrid for Serra Gaúcha residents)

Compensation Currency: Brazilian Real (BRL)

Contract: Permanent Full Time (CLT) - We have a 42h / week work schedule

About the Role

To achieve our ambitions, Cyncly is searching for a data analyst to support our business transformation. This role supports digital experience data analyst by building and maintaining website and digital datasets for the Digital Experience team. In this role you will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, transforming and linking data from various sources to build robust, up-to-date datasets, as well as creating metrics and KPIs to support dashboard and report creation.


Key activities:

  • Extract data from multiple digital sources including databases, systems and APIs
  • Clean and transform website data to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Develop and maintain dataflows to consolidate data for reporting
  • Manage data pipelines to ensure constant flow of data
  • Optimize data resources to maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with other teams to define business rules and translate them to data models
  • Document data extraction and transformation process


Education & Experience:

  • Experienced data analytics professional with experience in SQL and proven experience with PowerBI platform (Dataflows, Lakehouses and Fabric)
  • Hands-on experience working with data from digital sources e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience in extracting data from Optimizely, RD Station, or other marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of data integration and data modelling


Nice to have:

  • Ability to work with Python for ETL/ELT
  • Knowledge of event-based tracking systems
  • Tracking e-commerce and working with attribution models
  • Experience with data engineering tools/frameworks
  • Familiarity with Data visualization and dashboard creation
