Achieves sales results in the geographic area assigned (regions: Centro Sur comprising of Madrid and periphery, Andalucía, Castile and León, Castile-La Mancha, Extremadura, Canary Islands)
Follows bids and tenders in the territory in conjunction with the Customer Service department
Negotiates with identified private groups even outside of the assigned territory
Attends congresses and events
Management
Manages a team of agents and KAM (Key Account Manager)
Assigns sales objectives and monitors sales results through reports and analysis
Coaches the team to improve performance
Spends time in the field together with the team
Stakeholders management
Establishes and maintains constant business relations in his territory with key clinical opinion leaders and hospital administration key roles (Head of Pharmacy, Head of Purchases, etc.).
Requirements
Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders, competence in radiology and healthcare market, use of pc for reporting and sales analysis
Experience in sales to public and private centers
Full working proficiency in Spanish language
Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Centro Sur)
