This role is for the fixed term contract up to 18 months with potentiall prolongation.

Your role:

As an Accounts Payable (AP) Subject Matter Expert, you will be a vital member of the Life Science ERP project build and/or rollout teams within the procurement organization, collaborating closely with key stakeholders. You wil use best practice and AP systems knowledge to influence best in class set up and process. Lead testing execution for SAP implementations in the AP area, including developing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing. Drive migration approach in the AP area. Provide support during cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new systems, facilitating user training.

Who you are:

• Detailed understanding of AP processes as well as knowledge of cross-functional areas.
• Good understanding of the tools: SAP MM and SAP FI, OpenText VIM, TRAX.
• Knowledge of other invoice processing tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess AP processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Strong customer orientation and a deep understanding of business requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (project around the world) to accommodate stakeholder needs and project demands.
