🧭 Navigating the position: Content Developer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Content Developer with a passion for creating engaging, interactive, and visually compelling eLearning materials to navigate our learning goals in the maritime industry. Using Articulate Storyline and Rise, you will be responsible for charting a course for knowledge retention by designing dynamic content that captures attention and anchors key concepts for learners. In collaboration with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders, you’ll bring complex learning concepts to life through well-structured, interactive modules that steer users toward success

🚢 Your Voyage Ahead

• Develop and maintain eLearning content:
• Develop content using industry standard authoring tools (Storyline/Rise/Lectora)
• Ensure the performance and quality of content.
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new content.
• Further develop and adapt existing Ocean suite of content
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work with Instructional designers, UX/UI, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into training materials.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing content.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving of content solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and best practices in content development.
• Continuously improve the solution, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
• Participate in reviews to ensure quality and shared knowledge.
  

🚢 Recommended to bring on board: 

• 3+ years' experience in content development
• Experience in Storyline and/or Rise
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong attention to detail is very important.
• Basic experience in HTML, JavaScript & CSS would be nice to haves as is previous experience working in an e-learning environment.
