Job description

1.     Job Description:
1.      Work out best rates from time to time
2.      To maintain and manage harmonious relationship with the vendors (SL, FF, Transporter).
3.      Participate regular discussions / meetings with coordinators; follow up with suppliers for Loading.
4.      To ensure exceptional costs are kept under control, escalate to the concern authority for resolution
5.      Gathering of proofs for dispute invoices & to evaluate the same.
6.      To ensure maximum number of booking through INTTRA.
7.      To enhance the usage of SPOT booking to control costs.
8.      Maintain D&D containers Tracker - long standing container
9.      To create MIS of-
a.       monthly volume in respect to folders & containers done.
b.      incident log sheet as per format
c.       new initiatives taken
 
2.     Desired Candidate Profile:
1.         Comprehensible English and good communication skills along with good    Computer skills
2.         Positive Attitude
3.         Flexible and tuned to work extended hours.
4.         Team player & good command over English
5.         Receptive aptitude.
