What your duties will include:
Serve as the main liaison for key dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
Develop customized business strategies to maximize sales potential
Provide ongoing support, training, and market insights to help dealers achieve their sales targets
Drive the performance of the dealer network to protect and grow revenue
Identify new sales opportunities within the existing dealer network and potential new partnerships
Monitor and analyze dealer sales performance, implementing action plans when necessary
Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Assist in pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored for the local market
What sets you apart:
Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Multiple years’ work experience in selling products in a business-to-business environment, ideally in the dental market
Strong results orientation
Experience in working in an international environment
High customer and service orientation as well as strong relationship building ability
Excellent proficiency in English & Dutch – both spoken and written
Flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis
Valid driver`s license
