Job purpose


We are looking for a talented individual with experience in international student recruitment within Vietnam to join our Global Recruitment Team as Regional Manager – (UK) in Vietnam

The main responsibilities of the role will be to support the recruitment across Vietnam to ensure that Oxford International meets its commercial objectives.


Main duties and responsibilities


  • To develop a strong understanding of the Oxford International brand positioning, subject provision and the unique positioning, provision, and strengths of the UK Pathways Colleges/ Oxford Direct programs
  • To be fully conversant with the admissions policies and procedures to ensure that all recruitment activities and pipeline management are compliant with admissions, UKVI policies and processes.
  • With direction from the Interim Associate Director - SEA and in collaboration with colleagues from across the Student Recruitment and Admissions department to deliver effective admission management and support conversion process to achieve enrolment targets
  • Effectively support our business partners (study abroad agents) by providing up to date admissions guideline and credibility mock interview on a regular basis
  • To achieve or exceed revenue targets across the University Partnership portfolio in the UK
  • To provide assistance with in-country event planning and organizing recruitment events
  • To attend recruitment events within Vietnam and advise/counsel student enquirers/applicants

  • Eligibility to live and work in HCM (Preferable) / Hanoi
  • Meet statutory and organisational child-safeguarding requirements


Education / Qualifications


  • Bachelor Degree


Knowledge & Experience


  • Experience of working within international student recruitment or admissions within Vietnam
  • Overseas higher education background (UK/North America /Australia preferable) (Desirable)
  • Having a study abroad agents’ network connections in Vietnam will be an advantage. (Desirable)
