The opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a full-time Enterprise Point of Sale Analyst to join our team. As an Enterprise Point of Sale Analyst, you will be responsible for executing menu item change requests within point-of-sale systems, as well as changes to peripheral tools and software. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $80,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Process and execute menu item change requests in point-of-sale systems, self-order kiosks, and related platforms while ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, collaborating with business partners to clarify details and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct validations to ensure error-free menu updates, addressing discrepancies and recommending process improvements
- Work cross-functionally with data management and revenue teams to identify opportunities, manage project priorities, and anticipate request surges
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring security, operational flow, and optimal service speed to enhance revenue performance
More About You
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field required; equivalent experience may substitute
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in technology, hospitality, or the restaurant industry preferred
- Experience in programming point of sales systems to support business strategies; Micros or XPR preferred
- Experience with automated business workflows such as ServiceNow and Jira preferred
- Proficient with Windows products including Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Word required
