About The Role
The Regional Manager is an inspiring leader who supports stores by driving brand awareness, direct product sales, and achieving business results. They have a strong focus on hiring, training, and developing solid Store Managers, ensuring that store principles, lululemon culture, and core values are upheld while delivering an exceptional Guest experience through technical product education and authentic connection. Regional Managers are responsible for all aspects of their region's performance.
a day in the life
Build a strong and diverse team that includes members with various experiences, backgrounds, and skill sets to drive store performance.
Manage and develop Store Managers through regular check-ins and performance discussions.
Lead and train stores in the assigned region on lululemon’s core values and store principles.
Lead talent planning, pipeline needs, and recruitment strategy for stores in the assigned region.
Monitor key financial metrics of stores to assess and report on performance against targets.
Ensure financial objectives are met by identifying gaps and opportunities.
Develop or support a strategy for stores in the assigned region to close identified performance gaps.
Hold Store Managers accountable for managing and developing their teams.
Establish productive and supportive relationships with all team members, focusing on personal and professional development.
Collaborate with Store Managers and their teams to support operations and ensure alignment with company-wide operational priorities through regular communication and store visits.
Qualifications
Ability to work with and lead large teams while maintaining open communication and constant availability to support the team.
Willingness to visit and travel to points of sale within the assigned region as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish.
Strong analytical skills and ability to develop localized strategies as required.
5 years of leadership experience, preferably in the retail industry.
Previous lululemon store management experience (or similar / equivalent level SM - RM experience) highly preferred.
