We promote a hybrid working environment, which means you will be travelling between clients to which mileage will be paid and from home. To enable you to work from home, you will need have a suitable office set up which includes a desk and a chair in a location which is free from the interruptions of day-to-day life. There will also be ad hoc meetings wider Commercial team meetings at our head office in Manchester.
The role:
You will be a true ambassador for the Co-operative Bank and all that we stand for in the local Commercial and Corporate Banking communities, working hand in hand with internal and external stakeholders to provide first class service to new and existing customers. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers that fit the Relationship Banking criteria, and attract new customers to the Bank, becoming a "Trusted Adviser" to the company owners. We would expect the successful applicant to have the ability to travel, manage clients from a range of sectors with asset lending requirements between 5 - 15 million. You will already have some experience of managing a complex portfolio of UK commercial lending bringing in larger lending opportunities.
