Our Salesforce Org is the backbone—tracking sales, onboarding clients, driving results—and it’s poised for hypergrowth. I need you to step in and keep it rocking as we scale to dozens of clients and thousands of users.

You’re the Hero We Need
Imagine this: you’re working from your home office, in your own space, 40 hours a week, running the show for our Salesforce Org. You’ll own user tickets, keeping the system slick for our sales and support teams. You’ll sync with architects and devs to QA integrations, ensuring every client setup matches Tribe’s vision. Daily standups with me and the crew? You’re there. Jira workflows? You’re on it. You’re the spark that scales us big—and you’ll help train our team to take it to the next level.

Here’s What You’ll Own:

• Tickets: Tackle user requests like a champ—keeping us fast and tight.
• Support: QA integrations—align every client with Tribe’s architecture.
• Process: Dive into Jira—standups, ticket flow, all synced up.
• Future: Train our internal crew, setting the stage for epic growth.

Who You Are (Yes, YOU)
You’re grinning because this is you. You’ve got your Salesforce Admin Level 2 Cert—maybe more—and 2+ years of smashing tickets, tweaking configs, and supporting users. You know Salesforce cold: flows, reports, permissions—piece of cake. You’re remote-ready—organized, quick, and self-driven. You mesh with teams, turning needs into action. Bonus if you’ve got Jira skills and a wellness vibe.

Skills: Level 2 Certified Salesforce pro, ticket-crushing expert, remote work ace.
