Job description

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Meeting & Events Platform Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies. 

Duties & responsibilities

As the Events Platform Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and technical operations of our event technology platforms including Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, SpotMe, Cvent, and Veeva. You will execute platform maintenance, monitor system performance, implement technical updates, and ensure data accuracy across all systems. This hands-on role requires technical expertise to resolve platform issues, project management skills to coordinate system updates, and practical knowledge to maintain operational efficiency.

The position requires daily interaction with stakeholders, business units, IT, Data Excellence, and Events Services teams to address immediate technical needs and operational challenges. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will execute platform enhancements, manage system maintenance, and ensure consistent platform performance while maintaining operational excellence through: daily platform health monitoring and issue resolution, regular system updates and maintenance coordination, ongoing data synchronization checks and integration troubleshooting, timely performance reporting and stakeholder updates, direct technical support for the events team. immediate response to platform-related queries, practical implementation of process improvements and regular documentation updates and user training.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily platform operations across SpotMe, Veeva, Tableau, and CRM systems by monitoring data flows, troubleshooting integration issues, and implementing technical solutions based on business requirements and user feedback.
  • • Execute and maintain technical developments for event platforms by implementing system updates, managing regional configurations, coordinating platform enhancements, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently within our technology ecosystem.
    • Manage data quality and reporting processes by coordinating with Campaign Automation team for email deployments, running regular performance reports, updating dashboards with current metrics, and implementing automated workflows to reduce manual interventions.
    • Conduct regular system audits and quality checks by testing workflows, documenting issues, implementing fixes, monitoring system performance, and standardizing operational procedures to maintain consistent service delivery.
    • Coordinate daily with stakeholders through scheduled bi-weekly status meetings, maintaining up-to-date SharePoint documentation, responding to team inquiries, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely communication of platform updates and changes.

Requirements & desired skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or technical studies
  • Demonstrated mastery of marketing automation, events, CRM platforms.
  • Commitment to staying current with platform updates and industry best practices
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in platform management
  • Strong foundation in database management and data concepts
  • Working knowledge of web services and interface integration
  • Proficiency with agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Planners)
  • Previous experience in consulting or campaign management within software, consultancy, or project delivery environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and service center operations
  • Superior time management and workload prioritization skills
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages is a plus
