Job description

ITMAGINATION helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Java Technical/Team Lead position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

You can expect:

Design and implement robust microservices architectures that ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
Provide technical direction and leadership to develop microservices-based systems using Java.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java (8 or later) and Spring Boot.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience integrating with Kafka, MQ, SFTP, AWS S3, and GCP Buckets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, guiding junior developers and promoting best practices.
Ability to proactively identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
