What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working with the team to design optimal solutions for our secure access platform.
• Exploring ways to continuously improve the user experience.
• Working with vendors to identify, design and deploy new technologies.
• Working on internal projects across different time zones and teams.
• Enhancing the observability and monitoring of our services.
• Collaborating with cross functional team members to ensure high reliability and performance of our services.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 5-10 years of experience in related field is required.
• Deep knowledge of Citrix technologies like XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, Xenserver and Citrix Cloud Services.
• Understanding of virtualized environments, storage systems, and networking technologies.
• Experience with public cloud environments.
• The ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Moderate knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share more specific details on the total rewards package upon request. The base salary range for this role is across the U.S.

Salary Range: $119,000.00 to $179,000.00
