As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be supporting the overall global business and product solution strategy, investment prioritization across product lines and market segment strategy across all business units of RealPage. These aligned efforts create the foundation required to guide our global organization around a clear set of priorities. Primary Responsibilities
Support the market strategy and planning process for our primary markets.
Research and analyze new or existing markets, product lines, and solutions for areas of best fit, profitability, and competitive stance.
Partner with the Strategic Markets leaders to help develop multi-year business and operational plans to drive maximum RealPage technology solution penetration across each market to drive maximum business results.
Lean in to tackle and resolve key areas of strategic unclarity that pose a significant risk to business success and strategy attainment.
Help identify areas of misalignment to the strategy and create corrective action.
Responsible for support to solve the complex challenges, requiring deep thought expertise, complex problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
Implement a consistent and cohesive product solution strategy in a highly matrixed and complex environment.
Based on the strategic roadmap, gather data to identify the investment priorities across product lines to ensure maximized revenue growth, market expansion and customer retention.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in business, management, engineering, or related field
Master of Business Administration preferred
8+ years of progressive experience executing high-impact strategy projects for complex, fast-growing software/technology companies
2+ years of management consulting experience from a top-tier consulting firm or corporate strategy team preferred
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data
Top-tier knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other common strategy tools
Detailed and process oriented; with ability to work on both strategic and tactical initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated project leadership managing complex workstreams and teams
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to actively listen, influence, negotiate and coach
