Job description

As Sr. Retention & Direct Response Manager, you will be responsible for driving online lead generation through both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including TV, radio, podcasting, influencer marketing, and social media. This is a hands-on role, where you will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns that expand our reach into untapped markets.

We’re looking for someone who will thrive in building and experimenting with marketing strategies that go beyond the usual playbook. If you love testing new channels, analyzing results, and scaling high-performing campaigns, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Launching and managing lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies
  • Developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans
  • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion
  • Managing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign success
