GOALS OF THE POSITION:

The Source Domain Manager will be responsible for and overall owner of the Source Pillar. This person will be responsible for the pillars process flow, playbook definition and maintenance, tool enhancements, understanding of all data collection, curation, and process improvements of the pillar. The Source Domain Manager will have regular collaboration with the Product, Quality and L&D teams to improve the source data delivery.

As the Source Domain Manager, you will lead the operations of the Source Pillar together with the Production Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, freshness, and consistency of our data within the Source pillar. Sources are key to the entire production line in Sourcescrub.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail oriented. The person has ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, streamline processes, and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments Meticulous and results-driven with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owns and updates the pillar Playbook.
  • Monitor level of performance across the Source pillar and make decisions to optimize as needed
  • Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data quality checks, validation procedures, and controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in collaboration with Quality Organization
  • Support to Production Manager - provide guidance, support, and execute performance management. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development
  • Owns process Improvement: Perform proactive evaluation & corrective/evolutive maintenance of all the operational processes. Conduct periodic reviews & identify opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and optimize operations. Implement best practices and standardized procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Drive reporting team and analyze data trends, providing insights to relevant stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders within Sourcescrub (both PH and US) that relates to the Source domain

Qualifications / Skills Summary:

  • Experience in data collection and curation or similar industry.
  • Experienced in Project Management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of conference/ event sourcing across different industries (i.e. financial technology, healthcare)
  • Ability to work independently with mature decision-making skills as demonstrated by previous successes in leading & managing projects that often have an enterprise-wide scope & may have significant cost & time-to-market impacts.
  • Strong process orientation, organizational, & planning skills - Planning & prioritizing work to manage time & resources effectively & accomplish assigned tasks
  • Solid critical thinking/analytical & problem-solving skills - Applying critical thinking & resourcefulness to understand problems & generate solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, & presentation skills, & ability to effectively communicate technical & business issues & solutions across multiple organizational levels.
