Your role in our mission

 

Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position. 

 

  • Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs.
  • Analyze, design and write specs and requirements from which we develop and code programs.
  • Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist the project manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team. 
  • Interface with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements and resolve issues that arise.
  • Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews.
  • Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members.
What we're looking for

 

  • 6+ years of application, web and product design and support experience across the development life cycle (.NET C# and EDI)
  • Applications Development and Programming experience with .NET C#
  • Mapping from various file formats (X12, X12 HIPAA, XML, Flat File Positional, CSV, NCPDP)
  • Experience with EDI programming practices, standards and conventions to include EDI document standards for Healthcare Transaction Sets 270/271, 276/277, 834, 835, 837, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Health care processes and hands on experience in supporting such processes.
  • Experience with BPML, XML, XSLT, and XPath.
  • Experience with SFTP, FTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS, TCP, UDP and SOAP (Web Service) protocols
  • Experience operating in an AWS environment

What you should expect in this role

 

  • Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
  • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
