We are currently seeking a passionate Senior Account Manager to oversee and develop one of our largest client relationships in the UK. This is a key role for an experienced account management professional who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
Role Overview
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and management of your assigned client portfolio. You will develop and execute account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continued success and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Strategy & Development – Lead and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Business Expansion – Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the existing client base and broader market.
- Forecasting & Market Insights – Maintain accurate sales forecasts and leverage market research to inform decision-making.
- Customer Relationship Management – Strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, problem resolution, and value-added services.
- Commercial & Pricing Management – Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to optimize service levels, manage projects, and drive operational efficiencies.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in account management or sales within a B2B or FMCG environment.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with a track record of managing high-value client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and database management.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
