Your role in our mission
  • In a Shared Services environment, manages solutioning and delivery across several accounts in the Provider domain ensuring that business solution objectives are met.
  • Collaborating with Sr Manager, develops demand forecasts for the delivery of end-to-end services.
  • Works with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts.
  • Manages and approves expenditures for assigned team in line with the established policies and procedures.
  • Manages complex relationships between shared services and accounts to ensure good client relations.
  • Identifies and manages service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Manages and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
  • Partners with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.
  • Supports developing new business proposals and introduces new technology to enhance business solutions.
  • Hire, trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. 
  • Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
  • Nine (9) or more years of application development & support, project, or program management experience
  • Five (5) or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience in Medicaid or other healthcare payor experience preferred
  • Experience working with Provider systems in a shared services environment preferred
  • Experience utilizing project management, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience utilizing skills in managing contracts and bugets
What you should expect in this role
  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
    • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
    • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-5%)

    • Company match 401K and other benefits available within months of starting.
    • Employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
  • Company provided computer for work use. Internet service is not provided nor paid for by Gainwell.
    • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
  • This position will remain posted until March 30, 2025, or until the position is filled.

The pay range for this position is $93,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
