You are a highly motivated business analyst with experience driving high-visibility initiatives supporting company strategy and operations. You have critical thinking skills and are passionate about taking existing projects and developing ways to reduce the processing time or resources required. You will work in the Domain Expert Global Operations team. The role will require close partnership with senior management, subject matter experts, data and AI research scientists, product managers, engineers, and customer support managers.

The opportunity
  • Conduct analysis & deep-dives into aspects of Dataminr’s alerting and operational processes to identify quality improvement and innovation opportunities

  • Communicate analytical findings effectively and support planning across different stakeholders and leadership teams

  • Supporting Quality Assurance functions and projects through proactive and reactive analysis

  • Identify, plan, and deliver research trials across the Human-AI Learning Operations (HALO), using data to measure, validate and communicate results

  • Act as the Global Operations interface with internal AI and Go To Market Teams

  • Support strategic and operational planning, and execution, bringing expertise and experience to scaling / rapid growth challenges

  • 1+ years in management consultancy, Trust & Safety, Risk Analysis, Sales/Revenue Ops or in an analytics role and bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to make decisions independently, be highly organized with demonstrated ability to work on multiple ongoing  projects

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new opportunities and strategic initiatives

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex results to non-technical audiences 

  • Experience creating and leading senior-level presentations, including high level of proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides)

  • Desire to learn and utilize machine learning and AI tools to enhance the scope and impact of a project
