WHAT YOU'LL DO

This position is responsible for driving the growth of our company’s brands through the development of key market and national retail programs for our Food channel, focusing our Regional Grocery businesses in the East. In partnership with local distributors and sales, this position will work with marketing leadership to understand the national shopper marketing strategy, key shopper data, affinities, and insights to develop and implement customized support plans meeting the needs of retailers and markets. This position will assist in delivering against the channel strategy for Food, creating and executing relevant programs that drive sales, buy rate and HH penetration, while increasing trial and awareness. Under the direction of the Lead Shopper Marketing Manager, this position will also be responsible for developing budgets at the retailer level, as well as plans in coordination with marketing, trade marketing, events and sales teams.

Location: Remote work from home, ideally in East Coast Time Zone #LI-Remote 

Annual Bonus Potential: 8% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets. 

Base Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 (depending on experience) 

Note: This range is a national average, but compensation will be reviewed based on geographical location depending on where the applicant will be working. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market. 

  • Responsible for Shopper Marketing execution and program development for TRBC’s portfolio of brands at key accounts within Regional Grocery in the East including Publix and Ahold.

  • Work closely with the Marketing and insights teams to understand the overall brand and campaign strategy for TRBC’s portfolio of brands.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders: both internal and external, including regular communication with retail and sales personnel.

  • Responsible for collaborating with Sales, Insights, Marketing, and e-Commerce Teams to develop and execute against the Food Channel Strategy, customizing as needed by market, retailer, and partner.

  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to develop integrated trade and marketing calendars for key channels and retailers, driving volume and brand equity for established brands and innovation.

  • Utilize syndicated data tools to measure program performance and share results internally / externally.

  • Make data-driven decisions through KPI analysis, trends & insights.

  • Monitor the latest market, consumer, and shopper trends, sharing with sales and cross-functional teams as needed.

  • Assist with the annual budget for key channels, allocating funds as needed and monitoring/maintaining all marketing spends within or better than budget.

  • Work with the Creative Services Team to develop marketing materials needed to support programming.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

  • Minimum 4+ years in Marketing, Sales Operations, or Brand, ideally in CPG, specifically within beverage and with distributors.

  • Preferably 2+ years of recent experience in Shopper Marketing

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Experience with syndicated data platforms (IRI, Nielsen)

  • Excellent communication skills, including personal presentation, email and telephone interaction.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.

  • Strong planning, budgetary, and project management competencies

Please note, eligibility for our full benefits package is based on an average of 30+ hours per week in regular (not temporary) positions.
