What you will be doing:
Helen of Troy Prestige Division (which includes Drybar & Curlsmith) is seeking a Sales Manager with the talent to empower, train, and influence retail sales through events and education. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan at a highly strategic level and complete all Prestige Division initiatives.
Be the key business partner to retailers and management teams to discuss goals and ensure success
Meeting monthly/quarterly/annual goals in each retailer
Achieve comp sales targets
Achieve sales plan core door program
Weekly Sales review with Sr. Sales Manager
Planning Meetings/Events/Outsource activity
Successful Event goal achievement both corporate and store level
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets
Weekly communication with Sr. Sales Manager to review business analysis and propel growth
Monthly review of Freelance and T&E Budget maintenance
Adhere to company guidelines while maintaining and managing monthly T&E and freelance spend.
Recruit, manage and lead Account Coordinator and freelance
Weekly communication to review focus and development of all direct reports
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years multi retailer setting (Ulta, Sephora, Macy’s, Nordstrom)
Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to work a Tuesday – Saturday schedule
Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds
The ability to physically set up events autonomously and within reason
Valid Driver’s license, vehicle, and proof of insurance
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
