The Recruiting Operations Specialist is responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and execution of recruiting operations, coordination, and processes. You will play a crucial role within the Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the Recruiting Operations Manager. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to lead through project management, reporting insights, and the implementation of important plans. Including. the efficiency of recruiting systems and processes while overseeing internal recruiting conversions and supporting agency vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:You will improve recruiting tools and systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), agencies, and other recruiting technologies.Provide support in scheduling, process improvements, system optimization, and tool usage across the Talent Acquisition team.Troubleshoot system or process-related issues, ensuring a smooth operations for the recruiting team.Build important operational programs that align with recruiting goals and enhance the hiring process and strategy, including sharing newsletters and performance snap shots.Partner to implement systems, tools, and process updates that improve team efficiency.Provide support with Jira tickets, immigration, procurement and purchase orders owned by Talent Acquisition.Manage internal recruiting conversions, ensuring a seamless transition for candidates moving into internal roles.Support agency vendor relationships, including assessment roles, tracking performance, ensuring compliance, and collaboration with external recruiting partners.Use your knowledge of internal and external recruiting trends to identify bottlenecks, increase processes and implement best practices.Collaborate with team members to develop and share best practices and development for recruiting operations.Qualifications:4 years of experience in recruiting operations, systems, and tools (e.g., ATS, sourcing and scheduling tools).Experience process improvement, system optimization, and operational project management.Experience identifying metrics, measurements of success and communicatingYou have knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices, with a focus on operational efficiency and understanding of our goals.Experience managing internal recruiting conversions and supporting agency vendor relationshipsPhysical/Cognitive Requirements:Remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.Ability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $49,880 - $64,850 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $54,868 - $71,335 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $59,856 - $77,820 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $64,844 - $84,305 + equity + benefits

Start base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
