Job Summary:
The Director, RCM Account Receivables will be the lead to support the portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives with Revenue Cycle Management involvement to deliver the highest quality results. This role drives and/or participates in change across functional areas using a broad range of skills and knowledge in identification, prioritization, facilitation, project & time management, change management, and business intelligence to set goals and accountability to achieve targeted outcomes and metrics with designed timelines. As a recognized RCM expert, the Director applies comprehensive knowledge of business intelligence practices, applications, and advanced analytics to lead & participate in projects of greatest size, complexity and/or scope that have critical impact across the organization.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establishes operational objectives, work plans, timelines, and success metrics.
- Serves as key strategist with the VP-RCM in initiating and developing new strategic direction, support on-going initiatives related to RCM for both long- and short-range plans and innovative initiatives.
- Provides RCM leadership in establishing and driving partnerships with partner departments. IE: Finance, Compliance, PMO, HR, IT, etc.
- Oversees the RCM business transformation of initiatives or processes to ensure consistency across RCM with streamlined, repeatable processes and policies.
- Partners with Business Transformation on global enterprise-wide initiatives with RCM involvement.
- Drives collaboration within the global enterprise with partner departments.
- Regularly works on highly complex issues or problems that require analysis of unique issues/problems without precedent and/or structure.
- Exercises a high level of judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Leads highly complex projects requiring facilitation & collaboration across organizational functions.
- Develops strategies for change management to remove barriers to goal achievement.
- Documents, supports, updates and obtains RCM wide acceptance of policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience. Degree in Business or Health Administration preferred.
- Eight (8) – ten (10) years of RCM experience; previous leadership experience required.
- Expert knowledge of business intelligence functions, advanced analytics, industry standards and best practices.
- Expert knowledge and skills in internal databases, BI applications, tools, and systems.
- Relevant experience in Revenue Cycle Management preferred.
- Project Leadership and Change Leadership experience in a complex/matrix setting is preferred.
