Key Responsibilities

In alignment with Classic’s commitment to building a cohesive and high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Content Strategy & Development:
- Produce content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions across the Classic website
- Collaborate with internal teams (MKTG, Product, Sales, Contact Center, Solutions, etc.) to align content initiatives with business goals, campaign strategies, and travel advisor needs.
- Align efforts with corporate and co-op campaign strategies to amplify earned media content, enhance brand reputation, and drive bookings.
- Develop comprehensive site content marketing content in collaboration with internal teams to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and support all initiatives designed to reach/surpass business goals.
- Ensure all content reflects Classic Vacations' brand tone, luxury positioning, and service commitment.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Write, edit, and optimize content for Classic’s front-end website, including campaign landing pages, destination guides, blog articles, product descriptions, and more in close coordination with colleagues.
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly, leveraging best practices to enhance search visibility and performance.
- Maintain and update website content to reflect seasonal trends, new product offerings, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Classic Solutions team to ensure optimal website navigation, UX, and content performance.
- Leverage AI to optimize efficiency for work, including but not limited to blog content, co-op and corporate content, ad assets, reputation management content, engagement reporting content, and community-building initiatives.
- Manage online community engagement, responses, and brand reputation across external review sites such as Google Business Profile and Yelp. Coordinate responses with internal stakeholders as needed.
- SEO & Performance Optimization
- Implement on-page SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, internal linking, and metadata enhancements.
- Monitor and report regularly on content performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other tracking tools, making data-driven optimizations to improve engagement and conversion rates, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize and improve results.
- Work with external and internal teams to enhance Classic’s digital footprint and authority in luxury travel search rankings.
- Partner with Solutions team to measure the website performance, articulating critical metrics and impact.
- Paid & Earned Media Support:
- Develop and refine content for paid digital campaigns, including display ads, email marketing, and landing pages.
- Align content initiatives with co-op marketing campaigns to enhance brand reputation and drive bookings.
- Identify opportunities to amplify Classic’s digital presence.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and accessibility best practices.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPS), provide training and guidance to internal teams on content best practices, SEO, and digital storytelling.
- Stay current on industry trends, attending relevant trainings to enhance subject matter expertise.
- Maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, internal teams, and external customers, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Act as a key liaison with the Digital Solutions team on advisor-facing content, navigation, and customer journey optimization.
- Ad-hoc Requests & Initiatives:
- Respond to ad-hoc requests promptly and effectively, demonstrating agility and adaptability in meeting evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, website management, or digital content strategy, preferably within the luxury travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-driven content tailored to high-net-worth travelers.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress required; Drupal preferred).
- Experience in SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or other performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with digital, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business goals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong project management skills.
- Understanding of luxury travel trends as well as travel advisor and consumer expectations.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualize and produce visually stunning content.
- Proficiency in analyzing online metrics and luxury travel market trends to derive insights and optimize strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft sophisticated and compelling narratives.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, luxury travel partners, and high-profile personalities.
- Adaptable to changing business and market dynamics and emerging travel trends.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure brand consistency and compliance with luxury and Classic brand standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Team-Oriented: While independent and self-motivated, you also thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Terms of Employment:
- Hours: Full–Time Employment. 40+ hours per week
- Pay rate: Annual Salary, Depending on Experience + Annual Bonus, based on company and individual performance.
