Our Team :
Looking to join a strong product team with a vision to build the future of transportation? We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst eager to turn data into insights that drive decision-making. You will report to the Director of Product Management in our Mobile segment and be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis to derive actionable insights that inform product decisions. We want you to help us better use data as part of strategic planning, align product and engineering teams to ensure we’re addressing the right market needs, and establish sound data practices & processes here at Arity.

  • Analyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities 

  • Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics 

  • Collaborate with product managers to define success metrics for features 

  • Design and analyze tests to optimize product performance 

  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations 

  • Support data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle 

  • Forecast product performance based on historical data and market trends 

  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field 

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product-focused role 

  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Quicksight, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) 

  • Experience with databases and ETL tools 

  • Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies 

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working in an agile development environment 

  • Knowledge of user experience research methodologies 

  • Familiarity with product management principles and frameworks

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
