You have (qualifications): Consult with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate into workable business solutions Identify and recommend enhancements to NetSuite and OpenAir system that will benefit business users Document business requirements and functional specifications Configure and support various modules within NetSuite & OpenAir using advanced functionality, integration tools, and reporting Work with the consulting team and project managers to deliver high quality functionality and results to all clients on time and within the scope of work. Assist with third-party application integrations Work closely with technical/development team to build solutions Perform system testing through all use cases to ensure functionality delivers accurate results Import data files and provide tie outs of results from NetSuite & OpenAir using the CSV import tools available, including the OpenAir Integrator tool Deliver functional documentation of custom processes Provide training sessions and documentation to end users Troubleshoot and support NetSuite & OpenAir applications, and drive all assigned issues to complete resolution You have (qualifications): Excellent knowledge of NetSuite & OpenAir core and advanced modules (such as core financials, SRP, CRM, purchasing, expense reporting, time entry, advanced revenue management, fixed asset management, multi-book, and lead to cash) 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience as a power user / admin /consultant 3+ years of hand-on OpenAir implementation and integration experience is a must Experience writing and deploying custom scripts for OpenAir is a major plus, but not required Experience with Full Life-cycle implementations preferred Strong business process understanding across all functional areas SaaS/software revenue models, time & materials revenue, and subscription billing processes Project based accounting experience required Government contract experience a plus Experience with multi-subsidiary multi-currency public companies Process-minded; enjoys drawing out process flows Passionate about understanding and solving challenging problems Excellent communication skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related disciplines is preferred Master’s Degree in a business or computers related field is a plus Wondering if you should apply?
