Our Summer Internship Program puts you in the heart of one of the most strategic companies in the world. Our Program runs for approximately 13 weeks from the end of May to mid-August. Internships are paid and available for those seeking remote, hybrid, and onsite opportunities.

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Sales Operations Intern to join our team for the summer. This role offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, data analysis, process optimization, and market research. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Sales Ops teams to support key initiatives, gain exposure to real-world sales operations, and receive direct sales training and hands-on selling experience to develop valuable skills for a future in sales.
What you will be doing:
Support the Sales and Sales Ops teams in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and generating insights to drive performance.
Assist in CRM data management, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy for pipeline tracking.
Conduct market research on competitors, customer segments, and industry trends.
Help optimize sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.
Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Receive hands-on sales training, including sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
Engage in real-world selling opportunities by shadowing sales calls, conducting prospect outreach, and contributing to revenue-generating activities.
Participate in sales meetings, strategy discussions, and process improvement initiatives.
Must have for this role:
Current college student (junior, senior, or recent graduate) pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A strong interest in learning sales techniques and gaining direct selling experience.
Hands-on experience in sales strategy and operations at a growing fintech company.
