The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the administration and management of the organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits offerings, and regulatory compliance to ensure that the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in the IT services sector
Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and relevant employment laws. Knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Legislation
Strong user in HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., Workday, ADP)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Intermediate level of English
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
