Role Overview

This section should be three to five sentences long. The Payroll & 401k Plan Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration and accurate processing of Revinate payroll and 401k plan. This position serves as the main point-of-contact for all Revinate employee payroll and 401k plan questions.
What You'll Do:Process and reconcile payroll bi-weekly for US employees to include garnishments, deductions, withholdings, paid and unpaid leave adjustments and accruals, variable compensation, and other payroll related functions.Process and reconcile payroll monthly for non-US employees with multiple payroll timelines.Work with local partners to process payroll for employees in Amsterdam and Singapore, and work with PEO partners to complete payroll for employees in other countries. This includes managing additional compliance questions as needed from our international payroll partners.Review and approve international PEO partner payroll invoices for APUpdate and maintain all employee information accurately within the payroll systems and employee electronic files as reported in Employee Status Change forms and Offer Letters.Create and modify time off accrual policies within payroll system as needed by country of work and/or Revinate business unitProcess timely onboarding/offboarding of employees within payroll systems.Work closely with Human Resources and other departments on all applicable payroll and benefits matters.Review Employee Status Change forms as presented by Human Resources and approve/decline as appropriate. This includes accessing additional updates that may be necessary in our payroll platforms for a role change. Respond to requests for verifications of employment.Reconcile monthly benefit health and wellness plan enrollments to ensure accurate payroll deductions for eligible employees.Resolve complex payroll issues through analysis of data, payroll/accounting principles, and critical thinking skills.Validate accurate annual payroll tax reporting for form W-2Reconcile and process variable compensation plans for Contact Center.Work closely with Contact Center Director on variable compensation plan changes to ensure wage compliance and feasibility of processing.Handle all state and federal payroll setup, reporting, and inquiries regarding income and taxes.Prepare material to present information to small and large groups for matters relating to payroll and 401k Plan.Prepare documentation for annual 401(k) audit by working with vendor as well as CPA on required materials.Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping confidential and secure information.Other duties as assigned.
