Pavago is looking for a Web Developer to join our internal team. This role requires expertise in Webflow and WordPress development to build, optimize, and maintain high-quality websites. If you are passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences and pushing creative boundaries, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

  • Figma Design: Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.
  • Custom Interactions: Build custom interactions and animations using Webflow’s native tools and JavaScript (GSAP, jQuery, Lottie, etc.).
  • Webflow Functionality: Extend Webflow functionality using custom CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow API.
  • CMS Driven Solutions: Develop custom CMS-driven solutions in Webflow, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Webflow Optimization: Optimize Webflow sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Development and Customization WordPress: Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
  • WordPress Solution: Use PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create high-performance WordPress solutions.
  • WordPress Websites: Develop secure, high-performance WordPress websites using best practices.
  • Third- Party APIs: Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom functionalities.
  • Optimization: Optimize WordPress sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Debugging and Fixing: Debug and fix SEO-related issues, such as duplicate content, broken links, and improper redirects.
  • General Web Development: Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance front-end functionality.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility: and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshooting:Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.

  • Front-end & Back-end Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (GSAP, jQuery), and PHP.
  • Performance & SEO: Experience optimizing websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Debugging & Troubleshooting: Understanding of debugging SEO-related issues such as duplicate content and broken links and ability to troubleshoot performance and security vulnerabilities.
  • Multi-tasking & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Your day will start by collaborating with designers to translate Figma designs into functional websites. You will work on developing and customizing Webflow and WordPress sites, implementing interactive animations, and ensuring an optimal user experience. Throughout the day, you'll debug issues, optimize websites for performance and SEO, and integrate third-party APIs to enhance functionality. Additionally, you'll participate in team meetings, share updates, and provide technical recommendations while troubleshooting any performance or security issues that arise.
