Job description

This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the US.

Responsible for ensuring that Optiv complies with all federal regulatory guidelines, laws and certifications such as ISO, CMMI and others.  Responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs with understanding of the regulatory environment, collecting data, and developing policies and rules to ensure compliance.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Work closely with QM and CMMI Project Manager to interface with QM and CMMI external consultants to prepare O+CS for ISSO and CMMI Audits and Progress Inspections

  • Under supervision of Senior Corporate Counsel Revise the OCS Quality Manual to include:

    • Work with OCS Stakeholders to revise the QM for new processes and procedures for developing a certified accounting systems

    • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures for review and approval by Counsel and Department Heads

    • Draft CMMI Manual to comply with CMMI requirements and in consultation with external consultants, Project Lead and Senior Counsel

    • Collect, organize, review, and analyze QM Reports and Data for coordination and drafting of Quarterly Senior Management Meetings

    • Prepare quarterly and Year End reports and presentations for Senior Managers for review pf QM and CMMI goals under supervision of Senior Counsel and Project Manager

  • Coordinate CMMI and QM Manual changes with stakeholders

  • Compile and report on QM and CMMI trends that impact OCS Quality Programs, goals, and internal/external customers

  • Conduct detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product and process quality

  • Perform regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance

  • Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met

  • Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product

  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved

  • Investigate customer complaints and product issues

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed

What we’re looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field

  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience with FAR / DFAR compliance

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • PMP Certification preferred
