How you will make a difference: 

The HR Services Manager (HRSM) plays a vital role within the Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) organisation, by providing expert HR advice to a range of global clients relating to Employment Laws in Spain.

This is a full time position, fixed term contract for 1 year.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related questions across the entire employee lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new GEO workers.
Play a pivotal role in supporting and executing HR processes, including handbooks, policies, practices, and procedures.
Draft and manage employment contracts, ensuring full legal compliance at all times.
Lead and manage complex HR projects, addressing issues like performance management, terminations, and employment transfers with both workers and clients.
Review and update HR policies, procedures, and work conditions, ensuring effective communication and strict adherence.
Proactively identify areas of improvement within our processes and implement changes to mitigate risks.
Assist with monthly payroll processing in collaboration with our local payroll partner.

Employment Relations: Proven ability to advise on complex employment relations issues.
Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Labor Law Expert: In-depth knowledge of local labor laws.
Proactive Approach: High level of accountability, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines.
Tech Savvy: Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is advantageous.
