About the Role
As a Program Manager within our Product Engineering department, you will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring teams have the resources, guidance, and clear project plans needed to deliver high-quality software. You'll bridge technical and business stakeholders, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across our product and engineering organization. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will report to either the head of engineering (CTO) or the head of product and engineering (CPTO).
You will be the first person in a new Program Management function and have the opportunity for management and mentorship of other program managers as the function grows in the coming years.
As part of creating this new function, you will largely focus on Veracross' FinTech portfolio initially, assisting several teams with their overall project management and communication with other stakeholders. This will establish the patterns that will be deployed across the department in the future.
