We are currently seeking Danish Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be pivotal in creating a positive and engaging online atmosphere for Danish-speaking users by moderating content and interacting with the community across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
• Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely and professional responses to foster a welcoming environment.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams.
• Research trending topics and interests within the Danish-speaking community to boost user engagement.
• Collaborate with content teams to develop and improve engaging content that resonates with users.
• Prepare reports on user interactions and content trends to assist in strategic development.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, policies, and best practices for effective moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
