Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inquiries about platform features, tools, and best practices for content creation.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a positive and productive experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow-up on unresolved issues.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to relay feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and company updates to provide informed assistance.
  • Encourage customer engagement by promoting new features and tools available to users.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or online platform environment.
  • Strong interest in content creation, social media, and online digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
