Responsibilities
  • Assist Nordic-speaking clients with technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues efficiently.
  • Deliver clear instructions to clients, ensuring they understand the solutions provided.
  • Document all client interactions and technical issues accurately in the support database.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex challenges and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
  • Stay informed about product updates and technological advancements to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and strong proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with online media platforms and current technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
