Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking Spotify users through various channels including email, chat, and phone.
  • Address customer inquiries relating to account management, Spotify features, and service-related questions.
  • Proactively engage with users to enhance their experience and ensure they fully benefit from Spotify's offerings.
  • Resolve issues and manage customer complaints in an efficient manner to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system to assist in follow-ups and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with various teams within Spotify to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Remain informed about Spotify’s product updates and industry trends to provide relevant advice to users.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, customer success, or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
  • Enthusiasm for assisting customers in maximizing their Spotify experience.
